You can use CAS
and Algebra View
to work with rational functions, and find asymptotes or the values of the function.
You can plot rational functions in Graphics View
in the same way as all other functions.

has its own command for asymptotes: Asymptote(<Object>)
.

. where is a horizontal or the oblique asymptote, and is a vertical asymptote.
